Pony Tales, a dedicated fundraising organisation supporting equine therapy programmes, approached Marketing Plus with the goal of expanding their outreach and increasing fundraising effectiveness. This also enabled bids to be received prior to the event allowing the auction to run smoother.

Our team launched a multichannel communication campaign using email marketing, web content, and social media to maximise engagement. Supporters were kept up-to-date on events and campaigns, with regular content designed to drive sign-ups and donations.

Sponsorship Presentation Pack
Marketing Plus created a sponsorship presentation pack for Pony Tales, showcasing their mission, achievements, and sponsorship benefits. Featuring tailored options, compelling storytelling, and impactful metrics, the pack helped secure vital funding and sponsors to the project.





Results
Through this digital transformation, Pony Tales saw a significant increase in engagement, streamlined operations, and an enhanced ability to connect with their supporters. The 2024 event was the best attended event in their history with fundraising smashing their target and reach 130% of their goal. The digital shift allowed them to reach a larger audience, attract new sponsors, and create memorable experiences that continue to drive their mission forward. They have since been recognised for their fundraising efforts with the presentation of an award by HRH Princess Anne.
