Matt brings over a decade of marketing experience, having worked internationally with leading finance, e-commerce, and global retail brands. Beginning his career in financial services, he went on to manage large-scale campaigns for companies around the world before founding MarketingPlus in 2024. Matt leads the agency’s strategic direction, driving growth for clients through a blend of data-driven marketing, creative strategy, and commercial insight.

Marketing Plus was founded by father-and-son duo, Martin and Matt Brunt, who brought together their unique backgrounds to create a marketing and business consultancy with a fresh approach. Martin, with an extensive career in financial wealth management, worked for multiple FTSE 100 companies before establishing his own successful firm. His experience with business strategy and financial insights laid a strong foundation for Marketing Plus. Matt, on the other hand, has a dynamic background in marketing, having led teams and campaigns in a range of sectors. From managing marketing for small, tight-knit teams to overseeing complex, multi-national strategies, Matt’s expertise spans the full spectrum of business growth.
Throughout their careers, Martin and Matt have seen first hand the common frustrations businesses faced in working with marketing, sales, and operations agencies and their often one-size-fits-all approach. Time and again, they noticed these areas of a business working in isolation, creating silos rather than a cohesive strategy. CRM systems and processes were often set up for individual teams rather than for the benefit of the whole organisation, sales and marketing teams would have fundamental disagreements and misalignment. Recognising this gap, Matt envisioned a different approach to business, one that would align sales, marketing, and operations to work seamlessly together.
Together, they founded Marketing Plus to offer businesses a comprehensive, structured approach where processes, strategies, and teams collaborate for optimal success. Their mission is to help companies build the foundations that allow these key areas to connect, creating a pathway to sustainable growth and measurable results.
